The Chairman's Club evolved from a vision to provide a corporate facility at Flemington that truly encapsulates exclusivity, luxury and comfort. Spacious lounges and dining facilities overlook Flemington's famous straight and winning post, whilst breathtaking views of Melbourne's city skyline provide the perfect backdrop. Renowned caterer Peter Rowland ensures even the most discerning taste is satisfied.

The annual membership fee for the upcoming 2010/2011 racing season commencing 1st August 2010 is $39,000 inc GST and includes 23 racedays. An annual membership package is for six people and tickets are fully transferable.  Also included in the membership is a $7,000 Food & Beverage Credit. 

The Chairman's Club has a limited number of membership's currently available for the 2010/2011 season. 

Membership includes:

  • Access to The Chairman's Club for all Flemington racedays
  • Entry to the Racecourse, racebook, VIP car parking and VRC membership privileges
  • A $7,000 Food & Beverage Credit available to use at racedays, excluding the four days of the Melbourne Cup Carnival
  • Beverage waiter service to your table
  • Ticketing is fully transferable
  • The opportunity for tickets which are not used for a particular raceday to be credited to another raceday - excluding the Melbourne Cup Carnival
  • A fully set-up Business Centre located within The Chairman's Club
  • A Private Dining Room/Board Room complete with a private balcony and ISDN facilities suitable for video conferencing is available
  • The Chairman's Club is available for Members to book on non-racedays for meetings and functions
  • Special events program for Members and their partners
  • Throughout the Melbourne Cup Carnival there will be a Powder Room set up for Chairman's Club Members with services provided by the Australian College of Hair Design & Beauty
